Once upon a time I worked for London Underground - I joined 22 years ago. Over those years I built up many good relationships. I was unceremoniously "dumped" (without a thank you from LUL for all my hard work) into an Infraco and those relationships have been eroded. We are seen as the bad guys, incompetent, untrustworthy - the dodgy supplier! Please remember, ex colleagues, we are the same people, trying to make the best of a bad job!

It seems that almost overnight the good working relations we had with 'LUL' staff has just disintegrated. Station supervisors that we were once on first name terms with seem to now go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible. There is an air of suspicion and mistrust wherever you go and is not being helped by this different style of management that is ranting and raving about costing the company money. I now only go to work to get paid and go home.
